Founded in 1957 in Boppard on the Rhine, BOMAG has grown from a specialist in vibratory plate compactors into the world's most complete manufacturer of compaction and paving equipment. The company holds more compaction patents than any other manufacturer, and its machines are the reference standard for road authorities from Berlin to Bangkok.

The BOMAG portfolio covers the entire road-construction value chain — from soil preparation with single-drum rollers, through asphalt laying with tracked pavers and variable screeds, to precision milling with cold planers and finish compaction with tandem and pneumatic rollers.
